About Montevetro

The Montevetro building was designed by Richard Rogers, and offers luxurious and stylish apartment living in a beautiful riverside setting.

There are very few residential buildings that can compete with Montevetro in terms of iconic looks, location, or the quality of its apartments. Overlooking the Battersea Reach stretch of the River Thames, and the magnificent St. Mary's church, the west facing balconies and floor to ceiling windows afford all residents with stunning views throughout the year, providing the perfect backdrop to what is a very special place to live.

The Building

Montevetro consists of five connected blocks rising from four storeys where it abuts the church, to an impressive 19 storeys on the north-eastern side of the development. The west facing side of the building, which is almost completely glazed (hence the name – Montevetro is Italian for ‘Glass Mountain’), provides magnificent views over the river, and from the upper floors panoramic views over Chelsea and much of West London. The majority of the 103 apartments, which range in size from 1,000 to 2,500 sq.ft., are also provided with generous balconies overlooking the river. The east facing side of the building is enlivened by glass lift towers, and has a more solid appearance being decorated with panels of terracotta cladding. The health and leisure club facilities are provided in a separete low-rise block with views towards the main building across the lawn.

Montevetro Management

The elected representatives protect the rights of the residents, and work to ensure that Montevetro retains its character, and is maintained to a level commensurate with its residents expectations.

The day to day operations and running of Montevetro are administered by Faraday who are the managing agents for the property, and we also have an Estate Manager who is directly employed by the Montevetro Management Company.
